ABOUT GABRIELLE
I have a very distinct memory from when I was was a kid, lying on my mom's bed as we both watched the early seasons of America's Next Top Model together. I'd watch with rapt focus, learning that being able to SMIZE was the secret to a compelling photo, that the dramatic inhale made models come alive and a BOOCH made your body have that exaggerated hourglass look. I was obsessed with the bigger-than-life sets, the over-the-top looks and the fun and crazy photos.
At that age, the fascination with the industry made me want to be a model. I took my friends and cousins and would make them to little photoshoots on my mom's old camera. We'd take turns taking photos of each other in colorful Justice (only my fave tween store that ever existed at the time) clothing or pretending we were rockstars. As I grew up, I always knew I had a love for the creative arts, but stopped pursuing it. It wasn't until college that I bought my first Canon DSLR and my focus shifted away from neuroscience and back to photography. This time being behind the lens. Over the years I've slowly drifted away from portraits and back to what started it all. Fun high-fashion editorial inspired shoots. It wouldn't be crazy to say my business was inspired by the old ANTM cycles, except no drama, no competition, and no mean judging. It's all fun here, so let's create some magazine worthy stuff together!
